What is Rippo?

Rippo is a talent and hiring platform on Robinhood Chain. Builders publish a profile signed by their wallet, clients post jobs the same way, and a milestone escrow contract holds each stage's budget until the work is approved or the written timers run out.

How does Rippo work?

A client posts a job with a milestone plan, picks a builder and funds the plan in the RippoMilestoneBook contract. The builder submits each stage before its deadline. The client approves and the builder is paid; if the client stays silent past the review window, the builder can release the payment anyway; if the builder never submits, the client can take the stage back after the deadline.

How do I buy $RIPPO?

$RIPPO has not launched yet, so there is nothing to buy today. When it launches, its contract address will be published on the token page and in the site footer, and only that address is the real one. Treat any token offered before that as unofficial.

Which network is Rippo on?

Robinhood Chain mainnet, chain id 4663, with ETH as the gas token. The escrow accepts ETH and USDG (Global Dollar, 6 decimals) and nothing else.

What can go wrong?

Smart contracts can have bugs, and this one has no admin who could pause it or rescue funds: what the contract rules say is final. Test with a small amount first and keep milestones small. A builder can deliver weak work and still be paid after the review window, and a USDG holder the issuer blocks cannot withdraw USDG.

Does Rippo take a fee or hold my money?

No platform fee: the contract has no fee and no owner. The money sits in the contract, not with Rippo, and only the rules in the contract can move it. You pay network gas for each transaction.

What if the client and the builder disagree?

There is no arbitrator in this build. Once a builder submits a stage, the client cannot take that stage back; the client can only approve it or wait out the review window. Before submission, a builder who misses the deadline loses that stage. Agree on scope in the job post before funding, and split big jobs into small milestones.

Where are profiles and job posts stored?

On this site's server store, signed by the wallet that wrote them, for up to 180 days after the last change. If the store is not configured on a deployment, the site says so and accepts no records. Escrow deals are stored on chain and need no server at all.

What counts as proof on a profile?

Two things anyone can check: milestones released to the profile's wallet by the escrow contract, read live from the chain, and transaction hashes the builder lists, which the page checks were sent from that same wallet. Everything else on a profile is the builder's own words.
