Signed profiles, proof transactions checked against the chain, and the rule-based match on job pages.
Profiles#
A handle, a display name, a headline, an about text, up to eight skills, a rate, availability, X / GitHub / Telegram handles and up to six proof entries. One profile per wallet; handles are first come, first served.
Proof you can check#
- Paid milestones: milestones the escrow released to the profile's wallet, read from contract state.
- Proof transactions: a builder may attach a Robinhood Chain transaction hash to a proof entry (a deployment, a release). The profile page reads it live and marks it verified only if it exists and was sent by the profile's own wallet.
Smart hiring, rule-based#
Job pages list profiles that share the job's skills, ranked by a published formula: up to 70 points for skill coverage, 2 points per paid milestone (up to 10 milestones) and 10 points for “open to work”. No AI and no hidden ranking; nobody can pay to move up.
